Part-time Cook

L’Acadie in Van Buren is currently seeking a 16-hour per week Food Service Cook.  On call hours are also available for this position.  The hours are primarily evenings and every third weekend, with flexibility to cover additional shifts.   

The successful candidate needs to be a team player, self-motivated, organized, and able to successfully multi-task.  Responsibilities include accurate record keeping, monitoring food temperatures, and maintaining a clean work area.  Candidate must be able to work independently.  Experience is preferred, but we will train the right person.

Foods will be prepared in coordination with the facility contracted Dietician, State and Federal Regulations, and in accordance with Cary Medical Center policies and procedures.
