Customer Service Coordinator 40 hrs/wk
The Customer Service Coordinator provides leadership for patient engagement, guides in achieving the optimal experience for patients, guides the development and implementation of new models of patient experience, plans, designs, develops, implements and evaluates the clinical physical and emotional experience for patients and families of Cary Medical Center that brings focus to Cary Medical Center’s mission, “We are caring people, committed to excellence in patient centered health care & community well-being”.
Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in a related field, preferably in healthcare or public relations.
A minimum of 5 years’ of experience in a healthcare field
Strong leadership skills, with five years or more in a leadership role
Excellent customer service skills
Computer knowledge preferred
Must be able to work Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturday, Sunday and holiday coverage required. Hours are dependent on customer and department needs. Flexibility will be needed. Must be able to travel amongst Cary’s locations and contract sites as necessary to perform work functions.
