Our award-winning Healthy You program has made some positive changes for 2020. Instead of basing each month around one of the specific Healthy You communities of Caribou, Presque Isle, Fort Fairfield, Washburn, Van Buren and Limestone as we have in the past, we have kicked off a theme-based approach for 2020. Each month will feature a different theme which will be reflected in our regularly scheduled social media posts, our community based events and, new this year, in our Wellness Wednesday LIVE segments on Facebook!

We will be going LIVE on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month on the Healthy You Facebook page at facebook.com/caryhealthyyou at 1PM EST. All of the Wellness Wednesday LIVE videos will be archived and available for future viewing at your convenience. Be sure to follow the Healthy You Facebook page to be notified when we go LIVE and to receive great health and wellness information and events shared throughout each month. You can also subscribe to receive our monthly email newsletter which features all of the upcoming Healthy You events and Wellness Wednesday LIVE guests along with their topic.

We will continue to host community-based events each month in our Healthy You communities, but we will be a bit more flexible on where each month’s events will be held while still ensuring we visit each of our communities a few times throughout the year. We hope that by implementing these changes, our Healthy You programs will be accessible to more people and that our Wellness Wednesday segments will help inspire and motivate people toward living a healthier lifestyle – right from the comfort of their own home.
