For Our Vendors
The Materials Management – Purchasing Department has established special guidelines for vendors doing business at Cary Medical Center. These guidelines are helpful in making the most efficient use of both the vendors’ and hospital personnel’s time. In addition, Cary Medical Center has a keen interest in protecting the safety and security of all patients, visitors, and staff. For this reason, we require that those coming to the hospital to conduct business have a photo identification badge.
If you are a current vendor representing a company and are new to Cary Medical Center, please contact our Purchasing Manager, Stanley Jandreau at 207-498-1221. When you arrive at the hospital for a vendor visit, please stop at our switchboard and ask for directions to our Purchasing Department. A member of our Purchasing Department or Volunteer Services team can escort you to the department if you are unfamiliar with our facility. Once you arrive at the department you will sign in and receive a photo ID badge.
If you need to schedule a business appointment with any member of the hospital staff, we ask that you please call Stanley Jandreau our purchasing manager at 207-498-1221 to coordinate the meeting. We want to ensure that our staff and our vendors have a mutually beneficial purchasing process.
